Every time we turn around it seems there's new and nastier threats crawling around infecting people's computers. Scurrilous attachments to your e-mail, downloaded programs, trojan-laiden popups, shared files & floppies, et al.., all waiting to wreak havoc on your home or business PCs. Most newer more insidious internet parasites have the ability to install themselves right behind your back, Rogue-ware masquerading as AntiVirus or SpyWare apps with warnings of "You May Already Be Infected..", these are the virus themselves! Big nasty balls of goo overwhelming your machine's security, often rendering it virtually useless. Many contain e-mail capability, once on your machine begin snooping around sending your personal information to Lord knows who.., copying itself to your address book or jumping across the network possibly rendering all your machine(s) disabled if not completely inoperable!!

Your machine could be loaded with spy/ad/mal-ware. Silently watching every keystroke, everywhere you go on the internet.
