Our Rates and Other Services.
Service calls to your home or small business are billed at a flat rate of just $55 per hour (plus materials if needed). Far less than you might expect for similar service (other services may range from $60-160 per with hidden fees, with some charging $100 just to LOOK at it!). Oddly enough we often find ourselves re-doing the screwed-up work of other shops that charge twice as much!
Established, fully licensed, a member of the local Better Business Bureau... No hidden fees or other nonsense, and we'll never try to sell you anything you don't need or will never use.
$55oo per hour (Seniors at $45oo per). For what we can do in your home (or place of business) in an hour or two. If what needs or should be done takes longer than 2 hours, then we suggest The Full Meal Deal (see below).
Local Spokane area, no "travel time" (possibly in the extreme) or other hidden fees (the first hour is $55 then billed in 1/2 hour increments, most problems solved within 1 hour).
*Senior Discount = $10 off normal hourly in-home labor fee. Does not apply to complete re-installs or merchandise.
Complete and Total Restorations: Just $9999 per instance.
This is the "Full Meal Deal". We suggested this when the machine is really screwed-up and/or may take longer than 2 hrs to clean up or repair. Viral/malware threats embed themselves right into your machine just like big ugly warts, and sometimes the very best (or only) method to clean it up is performing A Complete & Total Restoration. That way we both know the machine is fresh, updated and safe! When done properly (not just a fast crappy job), can average between 5-8 hours benchtime per machine. This includes all user data backed up (We backup data from the usual places: User profiles - Documents folders, Favorites, Desktop, Bookmarks, Mail, shared folders.., If any other data is in other than the "usual places", be sure to specify what & where!), your hard drive wiped clean and the Operating System reloaded fresh w/ all security updates & patches, data scanned for infection, re-install your productivity & security apps (we may have solutions if you don't), tweak lightly for speed & performance, and deliver the next day (or 2..) for only $9999. Our Total Restoration is still less expensive than a couple hours labor from the other guy, especially when you consider hidden costs like travel plus separate fees to save data, software updates, etc... And when we return the next day, we ALSO connect your printer and make sure your internet & e-mail are working correctly as well. Now that's service! And for all that.., we charge the flat $9999. We're very thorough and do it the way we'd like (or would hope anyway) to have it done for ourselves.
Hardware issues and/or upgrades are of course different matters depending on type of hardware and exactly what needs to be done. Pretty standard though, parts & labor.., whatever it takes (call for details).
We frequently get told, "You know you don't charge enough, riiight?"
We often wonder "What do they do that justifies charging so much more than we do and we probably do it better anyway?!".
Just because someone charges more does NOT necessarily mean they offer a better or more thorough service..,
it just means they choose to charge more.., period!

(Rates this high for basic PC repair are a blatant rip-off in our humble opinion but oh well...)

Around $200 and up. Usually does NOT include backing up data or software updates, just a quick dirty re-install that may sit on their bench for a week or 3...
(We were informed by a client of a local "big business" that charges $300 for this service!)

We charge nearly the same fair reasonable prices as when we started, and keep them low to service ALL the various income strata of the Spokane area. Nearly 20 years computing experience and nearly 10 years dealing with and serving the public.., quick, knowledgeable, responsible and fully licensed, a member of the Spokane Business Community since 2001 and a spotless record with the Better Business Bureau since 2002. If for any reason an issue can't be resolved (or possibly with a reasonable work-around), there's no charge for our time (Realizing some things simply CANNOT be fixed by a housecall and MUST be resolved thru your own ISP and/or software or computer vendor..). We also DON'T make unauthorized repairs or try to sell you things you don't need or will never use. We just don't do business that way.
