Our Rates and Other Services.
Service calls to your home or small business are billed at a flat rate (NOT a service charge PLUS an hourly fee), at *just $45oo per hour (plus materials if needed). Far less than you might expect for a similar service (other services may range from $60-160 per with hidden fees, while some shops charging $100 just to LOOK at it before doing anything to it). Oddly enough we often find ourselves re-doing the screwed-up work of other shops that charge twice as much!
Established, fully licensed, a member of the local Better Business Bureau...
A flat rate of $45 per (most jobs finished in 1 hour), or $9999 for the Total Software Restoration, with no hidden fees or other nonsense.., and we'll never try to sell you anything you don't need or can't use.
Labor Rates: $45oo per hour with *Senior Citizens at $40oo per.
This is for what we can do in your home (or place of business) in an hour or two... If what needs or should be done takes longer than 2 hours, then we suggest The Full Meal Deal (see below).
This keeps our labor normally NO MORE than $9999 (and far less than 2 hours labor from most anyone else!)
Local Spokane area, no "travel time" (possibly in an extreme) or other hidden fees (1st hour is $45 then billed in 1/2 hour increments, most problems solved within 1 hour).
*Senior Discount = 10% off normal hourly in-home labor fee. Does not include complete re-installs or merchandise.
Complete and Total Restorations: Just $9999 per instance.
Suggested when the machine is really screwed-up and/or may take longer than 2 hrs to clean up and/or repair your software, this keeps our labor normally no more than $9999!
Viral/spy/malware threats commonly embed themselves right on your hard drive just like big ugly warts, and sometimes the very best method to clean it up is to perform a Complete & Total Restoration.
That way we both know the machine is fresh, updated & safe! When done properly (not just a fast crappy job), can average between 5-8 hours benchtime per machine. This service includes all user data backed up, your hard drive wiped clean and the Operating System reloaded fresh w/ all security updates & patches, data scanned for infection, reinstall your productivity & security apps (we may have solutions if you don't), lightly tweak the machine for speed & performance, and deliver the next day for only $9999.
Our Total Restoration is still less expensive than a couple hours labor from the other guy, especially when you consider hidden costs like travel plus separate fees to save your data, software updates, etc... And when we return the next day, we ALSO connect your printer and make sure your internet & e-mail are working correctly as well. Now that's service!
And for all that.., we charge the flat $9999. We're very thorough and do it the way we would like (or would hope anyway..) to have it done for ourselves.
We get told all the time, "You know you don't charge enough.., right?"
Just because someone charges more does NOT mean they offer a better or more thorough service..,
it just means they choose to charge more.., period!

$9999 includes backing up all your data, format & reload the Operating System, all required updates & patches, re-install your security & office suites, (lightly) tweak machine for speed and performance, back the next day (or 2). |
Around $200 and up. This usually does NOT include backing up data or software updates, just a quick and dirty re-install that may sit on their bench for a week or three.
(We were informed by a client of a local "big business" that charges $300 for this service!)

* Things That Make You Want to Shake Your Head. We recently stumbled on yet another "new" competitor website who charges more money and validates it by declaring anyone who charges less than himself, does so out of "desperation". Give me a break. Sorry, I'm NOT raising my rates to please them... HA!
And another local competitor we noticed has raised their rates from $60 to $90 per.., which begs the question, what are they doing now for $30 more per hour than they were doing just a couple months ago??
Hardware issues and/or upgrades are slightly different matters depending on the type of hardware and exactly what needs to be done. Pretty standard though, parts & labor.., whatever it takes (call for details).
* We charge virtually the same fair reasonable prices as when we started, and keep them low to service ALL the various income strata of the Spokane area.
Over fifteen years computing experience with nearly 10 years dealing with and serving the public.., quick, knowledgeable, responsible and fully licensed (if they're not its ILLEGAL), a member of the Spokane Business Community since 2001 and a spotless record with the Better Business Bureau since 2002.
If for any reason an issue can't be resolved (or possibly with a reasonable work-around), there's no charge for our time (Realizing that some things simply CANNOT be fixed by a housecall and MUST be resolved thru your own ISP and/or software or computer vendor..). We also DON'T make "unauthorized" repairs or try to sell you things you don't need or will never use. We just don't do business that way.
